Magnetization measurements at the micro and nano scales
In the talk, I will provide a brief overview of the magnetization measurement methods suitable for the samples requiring spatial resolution in the order of micrometers to nanometers.
In brief, I will address:
1. Induction and force methods,
2. Hall-effect based measurements,
3. SQUID-based techniques,
4. magneto-optical methods, and
5. helicity-resolved Raman spectroscopy.
Finally, I will introduce recent results of the helicity-resolved Raman microspectroscopy carried out on a 2D ferromagnet.
